The Ocean Village is the largest and most ambitious high profile waterfront regeneration scheme Gibraltar has seen to date. It is the sum of two ports : Marina Bay & Sheppard’s Marina , in a luxurious new Pleasure Harbour  complex set within a stunning 36, 000 m2 area that will include an integrated blend of commercial, residential and leisure facilities including a casino.

With the whole marina being upgraded, berths in Ocean Village are slowly becoming available to purchase, and in most cases being acquired by investors who see Gibraltar growing into one of the most sought after marine locations in the Med, due to its tax position, and proximity to the new boating areas of North Africa.
